Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap by analyzing emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, bio-digital convergence)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-focused solutions with 18-24 month impact horizons
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Conduct horizon-scanning research and produce actionable foresight reports
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present visionary concepts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior innovators in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Experience securing $1M+ budgets for experimental R&D initiatives
