Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-performance neural network infrastructures optimized for real-time data processing.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI algorithms and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for model training, deployment, and ethical AI governance.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
