Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Infrastructure Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design and oversee the deployment of microservices architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data throughput.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Implement rigorous security protocols and disaster recovery strategies to guarantee 99.999% uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into the core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager capacity.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to future-proofing systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
