Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging paradigms

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D initiatives with 50+ person teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
