Responsibilities

- Optimize neural networks for quantum computing environments
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research breakthroughs
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates in cutting-edge methodologies
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants from NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Computational Neuroscience
- 5+ years of experience in production AI systems with 100M+ user impact
- Published ≥10 papers at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with ≥500 citations
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in distributed computing on AWS/GCP quantum processors
- Strong background in AI ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
