Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for initiatives critical to the company's success leading up to and beyond the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends (AI, BioTech, Quantum) to identify high-impact opportunities for product evolution.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development milestones.
- Resource Allocation: Assess and manage the allocation of engineering resources towards high-priority future-tech projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technological visions to C-level executives and investors to secure buy-in for long-term initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think 5-10 years into the future and translate abstract concepts into concrete strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and emerging web technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
