Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with IBM/Qiskit or similar
- Published research in quantum algorithms or error correction
- Expertise in linear algebra, complex analysis, and quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Track record of securing competitive research grants
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum processors
