Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical vision and AI strategy for the organization leading up to 2026.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Oversee the research and development of novel algorithms and model optimization techniques.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical teams and strategic initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
