Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum-inspired machine learning architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated systems
- Strong Python proficiency with TensorFlow/PyTorch optimization skills
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented AI innovations or open-source projects
- Ability to secure federal grants (NSF/NIH/DARPA preferred)
