Responsibilities
- Forecast technology, social, and economic trends through 2026 using proprietary predictive modeling
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenario' workshops with C-suite executives
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Briefs' on disruptive technologies with 50M+ media impact
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation ROI
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or global policy institutions
- Published research on exponential technology adoption patterns
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives implemented
