Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and maintain future scenario models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and implement organizational foresight frameworks and innovation KPIs
- Partner with R&D teams to align technology roadmaps with future market demands
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (Web3, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex futures
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic projects
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
