Responsibilities

- Design and execute experimental innovation sprints testing emerging concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior innovation strategists in futures methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
