Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate strategic foresight into corporate planning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling strategic narratives to stakeholders and board members
- Oversee the implementation of emerging technology pilots (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and strategic alignment metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or AR/VR
