Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for innovation pipelines aligned with 2026 milestones
- Partner with C-suite to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Curate and present trend reports to global stakeholders and investors
- Champion agile experimentation methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Build cross-functional ecosystems with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning expertise
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
