- Build and maintain ecosystem of academic, startup, and government innovation partners
- Quantify ROI of innovation initiatives through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives with measurable impact
