- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots based on future-state projections
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on exponential technologies or future-proofing methodologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record of influencing enterprise strategy with future-focused insights
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
