- Lead cross-functional workshops translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years applying foresight methodologies in tech, sustainability, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology impact assessment, and exponential trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research in peer-reviewed journals
- Deep understanding of ethical implications in emerging tech (AI governance, neuroethics)
- Exceptional communication skills distilling complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
