Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks for exponential technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present executive briefings on disruption vectors and opportunity landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Expertise in exponential technology trends and systemic change methodologies
- Proven track record translating complex futures into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC, CETFI) preferred
