Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, geopolitical shifts, and societal behaviors to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready products and services
- Present foresight insights to executive teams and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-gen research
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies for the organization
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and innovation management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (GenAI, quantum, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
