Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ business landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Translate complex foresight data into executable product roadmaps
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technology deployment
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive future paradigms
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for disruptive innovations
- Track record of implementing future-strategy into business results
