- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-focused concepts and prototypes
- Present trend briefings to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities
- Document foresight methodologies and maintain trend intelligence database
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in foresight or innovation management preferred
