- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for client adaptation to 2026 market shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready principles into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate immersive innovation workshops using foresight methodologies
- Produce annual Future State reports with predictive models and actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
