Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on industry evolution
- Advose on M&A opportunities in emerging tech sectors
- Build strategic partnerships with academic and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools
