Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (biotech, quantum AI, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, technological, and socio-economic disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Author strategic briefs for executive stakeholders on emerging paradigm shifts
- Design and pilot prototype solutions for futuristic market needs
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and future-readiness
- Build thought leadership through whitepapers and industry keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario-planning deliverables
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate abstract trends into executable strategies
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite and technical teams
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSO, WFS) or equivalent
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Agile Scouting)
