Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight roadmaps using AI-powered trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead "Horizon Scanning" initiatives to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, Web3.0)
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their business models
- Author thought leadership reports published in MIT Tech Review and similar platforms
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with VC partners in deep tech startups
- Mentor junior futurists and build proprietary forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of implementing foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in innovation or futurism (white papers, books, or journals)
- Proficiency in futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Red Team exercises)
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) preferred
