Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenario models for strategic decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Design and execute innovation workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future business paradigms
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published author or keynote speaker on innovation/futurism topics
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, etc.)
