Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 5-year vision and actionable 18-month milestones
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into development pipelines
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging innovation domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist projects or published thought leadership
