Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and translate into actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts and thought partners
- Author annual Future State reports and innovation whitepapers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with AI/ML trend forecasting tools preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
