As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop forward-looking frameworks that anticipate market shifts, technological disruptions, and evolving consumer behaviors. Your insights will directly influence product development, market entry strategies, and long-term organizational resilience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and translate insights into actionable strategic roadmaps for 2026+
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts and black swan events
- Develop quantitative forecasting models using proprietary data platforms and third-party intelligence
- Partner with R&D teams to identify breakthrough innovation opportunities aligned with future market needs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
