As a key member of our Future Intelligence Lab, you'll lead horizon-scanning initiatives that redefine industry paradigms. Your work will directly influence product development, market entry strategies, and organizational resilience planning in an era of unprecedented technological acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2035
- Develop evidence-based future scenario models for C-suite decision-making across diverse industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and strategic whitepapers on emerging megatrends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions and business models
- Quantify market opportunities and risks using predictive analytics and trend correlation
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies in corporate consulting or R&D environments
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi techniques, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record translating future insights into commercial strategy or product roadmaps
- Deep knowledge across at least two of these domains: AI/ML, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published work in futures journals or industry publications (portfolio required)
