As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research teams, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and market positioning in the rapidly evolving tech ecosystem of the mid-2020s.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies to forecast industry developments through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for future disruptions and market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable product development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce annual 'Future Outlook' reports and trend briefings for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Proven track record of developing future-ready strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
