Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead ideation workshops and hackathons to generate breakthrough concepts for emerging technologies
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects from concept to prototype, ensuring feasibility and scalability
- Analyze emerging tech landscapes (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to commercialize innovations
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in and resources
- Build and mentor an innovation lab team of 10+ specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrable impact on business transformation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
