- Design scenario-planning models for global disruption scenarios
- Present future-state roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor futurist teams in horizon scanning and trend synthesis methodologies
- Co-create thought leadership content positioning InnovateX as the 2026 innovation authority
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record translating foresight into market-leading products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (Generative AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
