Responsibilities
- Identify and quantify emerging technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author quarterly foresight reports with actionable market disruption forecasts
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire next-gen startups
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend-analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend-analysis platforms (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Portfolio of successful strategic implementations post-2020
