Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory shifts to inform strategic decisions
- Secure $10M+ in venture capital and government innovation grants
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Mentor technical talent in agile innovation methodologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategy leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience securing $5M+ in funding or grants
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Fluency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
