Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making and long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof products and services
- Author thought leadership whitepapers and keynote presentations at global industry forums
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies and sustainable implementation strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful strategic implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation methodologies
