- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
- Partner with VC firms to scout emerging technologies and startups
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proven track record translating future scenarios into commercial strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
