Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate and prioritize breakthrough concepts
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Author thought leadership content positioning the company as a future-ready industry leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive products/services
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or innovation frameworks
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
