- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that align with long-term corporate vision and stakeholder objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products, services, and business models
- Produce forward-looking reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies and societal impacts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to accelerate innovation
- Monitor and interpret geopolitical, environmental, and ethical factors shaping future business ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Experience developing and implementing organizational innovation roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) preferred
