Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Facilitate executive foresight workshops with C-suite leaders to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market impact using predictive modeling and scenario planning frameworks
- Advolve AI-driven foresight platforms to enhance predictive accuracy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of delivering trend reports adopted by Fortune 500 executives
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruptive innovation models
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Published author in futurist journals or industry thought leadership platforms
