Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 strategic innovation roadmap using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions (metaverse, AGI, climate tech)
- Conduct trend analysis across AI, biotech, energy, and space sectors to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Drive adoption of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor innovation specialists and guide future-focused R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in enterprise environments
