- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation portfolios with long-term market evolution
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Manage cross-functional teams executing prototype development for next-gen systems
- Monitor global tech signals (geopolitical, scientific, social) to identify inflection points
- Drive sustainability and ethical tech integration into future business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or implemented tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum, AI ethics, biotech, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis platforms
