Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework for strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation roadmaps and scenario plans
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies' market viability and adoption trajectories
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the organization at global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
