You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities and develop implementation frameworks for next-generation innovations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight horizon for 2026-2031
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging tech disruptions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-vision into development pipelines
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical implications of emerging innovations
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology foresight or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing successful innovation roadmaps
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AGI, Web3, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech or innovation publications
