Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for market disruption and competitive positioning

- Produce foresight reports and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into development pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Experience working with C-suite executives in tech-forward organizations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation spaces
