Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmap aligning with market disruption forecasts

- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Establish Horizon Labs as thought leader through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry reports
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic collaborators
- Drive commercialization of 3-5 breakthrough innovations within 18-month timeframe
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 or top-tier tech firms
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field with PhD preferred
- Proven track record translating emerging tech trends into $10M+ revenue streams
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams across global markets
