- Present trend forecasts to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Design ethical guidelines for emerging technology adoption
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning skills
- Experience with trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Published thought leadership on future technologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
