Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable energy to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for market leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development initiatives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable recommendations for R&D allocation
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology-driven ventures
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and venture capital firms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar methodology required
