Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D teams and academic partners
- Develop predictive models for societal and market impacts of emerging technologies
- Present strategic foresight briefings to C-suite and Fortune 500 clients
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI milestones
- Mentor futurist fellows and publish industry-defining white papers
- Curate annual Horizon 2026 Summit featuring global tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Foresight, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience scaling innovation programs across global organizations
