- Partner with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions addressing emerging human needs
- Present executive-level trend briefings to drive organizational alignment and resource allocation
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with proven impact on long-term planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative social science
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, STEEPLE framework)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures-based strategy implementation
